Simple Wild Mushroom Sauté Recipe Video
This recipe video demonstrates how to make a simple & seasonal wild mushroom saute.
Ingredients
3 tbs butter
1 medium shallot chopped
1/2 lbs mushrooms (wild) cleaned
1 clove garlic chopped
2 tbs dry white wine
1 tsp chives chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat a sauté pan and take little bit of extra virgin olive oil and little bit of butter.
Take a little bit of minced shallots and a little bit of garlic. Mix.
Now add the mushrooms to the sauté pan.
Season with black pepper and kosher salt.
Sauté for few minutes and then deglaze with some dry white wine. Scrape the bottom of the pan.
Add another touch of butter to the mushrooms and some fresh chives.
Turn off the heat and mix a bit before serving.
