Wild Mint Gelatin With Cranberries Recipe
Ingredients

| 1/4 cup wild mint leaves, crushed | ||
| Gelatin | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cold water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Whole cranberry sauce | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mayonnaise | ||
Directions
Pour boiling water over mint leaves; let steep 5 minutes.
Strain, discarding leaves.
Soak gelatin in hot mint infussion.
Add sugar and lemon juice.
Chill.
When nearly set, stir in cranberry sauce.
Chill until firm.
Top with mayonnaise.
