Wild Majadra Recipe
I love lentils and hence anything with lentils in it is just awesome to me and so is this Wild Majudra. I do love the flavor of Wild Majudra and it is not only because of the lentils but the overall flavor. Enjoy!

| Water | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lentils | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 onion, sliced in rings | ||
| Olive oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Red bell pepper | 1 To taste, sliced | |
| Mushrooms | 6 Large, sliced | |
| Cilantro leaves | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Rinse rice and add to water in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add lentils to rice and continue cooking for about 40-45 minutes, until rice grains have popped open and lentils are tender.
In a large skillet, saute onions in olive oil for 15 minutes.
Add red bell pepper and mushrooms and continue cooking for 10 more minutes.
Add rice/lentil mixture to vegetables and cook briefly on high heat to absorb vegetable juices.
Add cilantro, salt to taste.
