Wild Duck With Kraut Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 wild ducks | ||
| 2 onions, peeled and sliced | ||
| 1 can chicken consomme | ||
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sauerkraut | 2 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
Directions
Soak ducks in cold salted water for 2 hours.
Place consomme' and water in bottom of roasting pan.
Place in ducks, breast side down.
Place sauerkraut over ducks.
Cover pan and roast 325°F.3 hours.
