Ingredients

 Granulated Sugar3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Quick-cooking tapioca1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 cups wild apples, peeled and sliced
 Cinnamon1/2 Teaspoon
 Margarine2 Tablespoon

Directions

Mix sugar, water, salt and tapioca; heat to boiling.
Remove from heat.
Arrange apples and tapioca mixture in alternate layers in greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with cinnamon, dot with margarine.
Bake in 350°F.oven for 1 1/2 hours.
