Wild Apple Tapioca Recipe
Ingredients
| Granulated Sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Quick-cooking tapioca | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 cups wild apples, peeled and sliced | ||
| Cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Mix sugar, water, salt and tapioca; heat to boiling.
Remove from heat.
Arrange apples and tapioca mixture in alternate layers in greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with cinnamon, dot with margarine.
Bake in 350°F.oven for 1 1/2 hours.
