 12 cups wild tart apples
 Granulated Sugar8 Cup (16 tbs)
 Raisins1 Pound
 Oranges3
 Cinnamon1 Teaspoon
 Vinegar1 Teaspoon

Directions

Quarter unpeeled apples and remove core.
Grind apples in food grinder along with oranges and raisins.
Add sugar, cinnamon and vinegar.
Mix well.
Let stand overnight at room temperature.
Refrigerate.
Keeps well up to two weeks.
