Wild Apple Marmalade Recipe
Ingredients
| Granulated Sugar | 2 1/2 Pound | |
| Water | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Apples | 2 1/2 Pound, thinly sliced | |
| Orange juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange rind | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| 3 Tbsp. lemon rind, thinly sliced | ||
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), squeezed | |
Directions
Bring sugar and water to boil.
Add orange and lemon juices.
Stir in citrus rind and thinly sliced apples.
Simmer 1 1/4 hours over medium heat.
Pour into sterilized jelly glasses; seal with paraffin.
