 Granulated Sugar2 1/2 Pound
 Water1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Apples2 1/2 Pound, thinly sliced
 Orange juice1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Orange rind1/2 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 3 Tbsp. lemon rind, thinly sliced
 Lemon juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs), squeezed

Directions

Bring sugar and water to boil.
Add orange and lemon juices.
Stir in citrus rind and thinly sliced apples.
Simmer 1 1/4 hours over medium heat.
Pour into sterilized jelly glasses; seal with paraffin.
