Wild and White Rice Pilaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Long-grain-and-wild-rice mix - 1/2 cup (about 1/2 pkg; 6-oz size) | ||
| Seasoning from packet - 1 1/2 tablespoons | ||
Directions
MAKING
1 In a medium saucepan, measure 1 1/4 cups water and the butter.
2 Blend in rice mix and seasoning mix. Bring to a boil.
3 Cover tightly, and cook over low heat until all water is absorbed for about 25 minutes.
SERVING
4 Serve as desired.
