Whole Wheat Fruit Tart Filling Recipe

| Whole wheat flour | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Nuts | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped | |
| Unsweetened orange juice | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) |

Directions
Blend in flour and cook 10 minutes longer.
