Wholemeal Chicken Microwave Method Recipe

This recipe for whole meal chicken can be cooked in the microwave. Simply prepared with chicken thigs flavored with butter and cheese alongwith parsley, the whole meal chicken can be served with a potato salad or mashed potatoes with vegetables. Ingredients

 Chicken thighs1 Kilogram
 Butter100 Gram, melted
 Parmesan cheese1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley grated
 1 cup wholemeal flour
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, chopped

Directions

1.
Dip chicken thighs in butter.

Coat with combined cheese, flour and parsley.
3.
Place on a rack.
Cook for 10 minutes per 500g on MEDIUM HIGH.
