Whole Wheat Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 8-ounce container apple yogurt
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt in large bowl.
Blend eggs, honey and oil together in small bowl; stir in yogurt.
Stir yogurt mixture into flour mixture just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Spoon into greased muffin cups.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes.
