Ingredients
1 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour, or 1 cup pastry flour and
1/2 cup rice flour
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons unrefined oil
4 tablespoons water (approximately)
Directions
Mix the flour and the salt.
Add the oil and rub in well by hand.
Add enough water to make a kneadable dough.
Knead 5 minutes.
Roll out the dough to desired thickness and cut into shapes.
Place on an oiled cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 325°.
Crackers can also be deep fried in oil.
For added crispness, try the rice flour.
