Whole Wheat Cardamom Bread Recipe

| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Buttermilk | 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) | |
| Honey | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Margarine | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted | |
| Walnuts | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped | |
| Raisins | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Vegetable cooking spray | 1 Tablespoon |

Directions
Combine egg, buttermilk, honey, and margarine, mix well.
Add buttermilk mixture to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Stir in chopped walnuts and raisins.
Coat the bottom only of an 8 1/2- x 4 1/2- x 3-inch loafpan with cooking spray.
Spoon batter into loafpan; bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Let cool in pan 10 minutes; remove to wire rack, and cool completely.
