Directions

Pour warm water into Bosch mixing bowl.
Add honey and molasses.
Sprinkle yeast over water, and let activate.
Add salt, oil, and whole wheat flour.
Mix well.
Knead 10 to 12 minutes.
Divide into four equal portions, and shape into loaves.
Place in wellgreased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2inch bread pans.
Place pans in a warm oven, and allow to rise until almost double and well crowned, approximately 25 minutes.
Set oven temperature to 350° F.and turn on oven.
Do not preheat.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes.

I wanted to know if this was made with instant yeast or Activated Yeast like Red Star. I have problems when I switch between the two. I like the molasses in this recipe because it enhances the nutty flavor of the whole wheat. Yummy
