Whole Wheat Waffles Recipe
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs), heated (Low Sodium Low Fat)|
|Low sodium low fat milk||1 Cup (16 tbs), heated to lukewarm, 110° to 115°|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Fresh lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Active dry yeast||1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope, Check Date On Package)|
|Eggs||3 , beaten|
|Corn oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Whole wheat flour||2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted|

1.Mix together milk and lemon juice.
2.Mix in yeast and let stand in a warm place for a few minutes.
3. Combine together eggs and oil .
4.Add to yeast mixture.
5. Stir in flour, a little at a time, and blend well.
6. Cover bowl with a tea towel and allow to rise in a warm place for 60 minutes..
7.Bake in a preheated oiled or Teflon waffle iron.
8. Serve warm for breakfast with butter or syrup.
