Whole Wheat Sesame Loaves Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 13 3/4-ounce package hot roll mix | ||
| Whole wheat flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 1 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Milk | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sesame seed | 2 Teaspoon, toasted | |
Directions
In bowl stir together the flour from hot roll mix, the whole wheat flour, and the salt.
Prepare the dough following directions on hot roll mix package except substitute the 1 2/3 cups milk and the egg for the water.
Turn into two greased 7 1/2 x 3 1/2x2-inch loaf pans.
Cover; let rise in warm place till doubled (about 45 minutes).
Brush with the 2 tablespoons milk; sprinkle with sesame seed.
Bake in 375° oven 35 to 40 minutes.
