 Whole wheat pasta500 Gram (For Pasta)
 Ripe tomatoes15 (For Roasted Tomatoes)
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm) (For Roasted Tomatoes)
 Sugar1 Teaspoon (For Roasted Tomatoes)
 Thyme1 Tablespoon (For Roasted Tomatoes)
 Olive oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (For Roasted Tomatoes)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Generously coat the chicken breasts with the olive oil, salt and pepper, and bake in a preheated oven at 375° F until cooked through.
This takes about 30 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the oven, and cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes.
Set aside.
Chop the tomatoes coarsely including any juices and add these to the chicken pieces.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan and saute the spinach with garlic salt and red pepper flakes.
Cook the pasta as per packet instructions.
Return the pasta to the pot, and add the spinach, tomatoes, and chicken and cook for a few minutes over high heat until piping hot.
Procedure for roasted tomatoes Preheat the oven to 275° F.
Halve the tomatoes, and place skin side down on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle over them the garlic, herbs, salt, pepper, and sugar.
Drizzle with the olive oil and place in the oven.
Bake for about two hours or until they have shriveled yet still remain moist.
Cool, and use as desired.
