 Coarsely grated sharp cheese, such as Parmesan or Cheddar -1/2 cup

Directions

MAKING
1)Boil 3 quarts of salted water in a covered pot.
2)Add pasta and stir and cook for 10 minutes and till it is tender.
3)Grate cheese and drain pasta; stir in caraway seeds.
4)Season with salt and pepper.

SERVING
5)Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
