Whole Wheat Nut Bread Recipe
Ingredients
| Whole wheat flour | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 cups unbleached white flour | ||
| Alfalfa sprouts | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Honey | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Walnuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Baking soda | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
In large bowl mix together the flours and sprouts.
Stir in soda and salt.
Add honey and blend well.
Fold in walnuts.
Spoon into greased loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour until bread is firm and has pulled away from the sides of the pan.
Turn out onto rack to cool.
