1 cup (240 ml) Organic Whole Wheat Flour
 
1 tsp (5 ml) baking soda
 
1/2 tsp (3 ml) baking powder
 
1 tbs (15 ml) sugar
 
1 cup (240 ml) buttermilk
 
2 tbs (30 ml) oil
 
2 eggs

Directions

Mix together dry ingredients.
Beat together last three ingredients.
Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
Bake on slightly oiled hot griddle.
