 Vegetable oil1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Buckwheat flour1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Whole wheat flour1/2
 Baking powder2 Teaspoon
 Baking soda1 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1) Into a bowl, add the egg, honey, buttermilk, and oil together
2) Blend together the flours, baking powder and baking soda
3) Mix the dry and the wet ingredients together to get a smooth batter
4) Onto a lightly oiled skillet, drop spoonfuls
5)Fry till both sides are browned evenly

SERVING
6) Serve the pancakes with maple syrup drizzled
