Ingredients
1 yeast cake soaked
1/2 hour in
1/2 cup warm water
2 cups bread flour
3 cups whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons brown sugar or molasses

Directions
Water to make very soft sponge.
Let rise until double in bulk.
Punch down and add more whole wheat flour or bran or 1 cup cooked oatmeal to make soft dough.
Put in pan to rise until a finger mark stays in.
Cook 3/4 to 1 hour at 350° F.
