| Brown sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| Ripe bananas | 2 , mashed | |
| Whole wheat flour | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Baking powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Baking soda | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Oatmeal | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sunflower seeds | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped |
Directions
Cream together sugar, butter and eggs.
Add bananas.
In separate bowl mix flour, salt, baking powder and soda.
Add to banana mixture.
Add oatmeal and nuts and mix well.
Pour into 2 greased and floured 8-inch bread pans.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 50-60 minutes.
