| Wheat germ | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Skim milk | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Butter | 3 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Eggs | 3 , separated |
Directions
Whisk together the flours, soda, baking powder, salt and wheat germ in a large bowl.
In a smaller bowl, mix together the milk, yogurt, cooled butter, and egg yolks.
Add the milk mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until everything is thoroughly blended.
In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Fold the egg whites into the batter.
Cook on a hot, oiled waffle iron.
