Whole Grain Mustard Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Tarragon | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Shallots | 2 Teaspoon, diced | |
| White wine | 4 Ounce | |
| Heavy cream | 12 Ounce | |
| Whole grain mustard | 1 Ounce, prepared | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Sweat shallots in a 2 quart stockpot.
Add wine and reduce to approximately 1 ounce liquid.
Add heavy cream and reduce until nappe (coats spoon and is slightly thickened).
Add mustard, tarragon, salt and pepper.
