Whole Cranberry Sauce Recipe
Whole Cranberry Sauce is used to prepare different kind of recipe. Whole Cranberry Sauce gets its taste from cranberries boiled sugar and water.
Ingredients
4 cups sugar
4 cups water
8 cups fresh cranberries
Directions
Combine sugar and water in a large Dutch oven; bring to a boil, and boil 5 minutes.
Add cranberries; boil, without stirring, 6 to 8 minutes or until cranberry skins pop.
Quickly spoon into hot sterilized jars, leaving 1/2 inch head space.
Remove air bubbles; wipe jar rims.
Cover at once with metal lids, and screw on bands.
Process in boiling water bath 15 minutes.
Add cranberries; boil, without stirring, 6 to 8 minutes or until cranberry skins pop.
