 Thick fillets of whitefish, haddock, halibut, salmon or cod
 Seasoning salt1 To taste
 Sour cream
 Snipped chives or chopped onion
 Thin lemon slices

Directions

Sprinkle fish with seasoning salt and herb blend and place in the centre of a square of lightly oiled heavy-duty foil.
Spread fish with sour cream mixed with chives and add a thin slice lemon.
Wrap airtight.
Continue until you have a package for everyone.
Bake on a rack over hot coals for about 6 to 8 minutes, turn and bake until fish flakes.
Packages may be baked in a 450F oven without turning for 15 to 20 minutes.
