Whitefish Piquant Recipe

| Thick fillets of whitefish, haddock, halibut, salmon or cod | ||

| Snipped chives or chopped onion | ||

Directions
Sprinkle fish with seasoning salt and herb blend and place in the centre of a square of lightly oiled heavy-duty foil.
Spread fish with sour cream mixed with chives and add a thin slice lemon.
Wrap airtight.
Continue until you have a package for everyone.
Bake on a rack over hot coals for about 6 to 8 minutes, turn and bake until fish flakes.
Packages may be baked in a 450F oven without turning for 15 to 20 minutes.
