Butter or margarine - 2 tablespoons
Sour - 2 tablespoons
Water - 1 cup
Bouillon cubes - 2
Cloves - 2
Bay leaf - 1
White wine - 1/2 cup
Celery - 1/4 cup, diced
Parsley - 1 tablespoon minced
Salt and pepper
Directions
MAKING
1) In a saucepan, heat butter.
2) Blend in the flour, and add the water and the bouillon cubes.
3) Cook, stirring, till smooth.
4) Add in the cloves and bay leaf.
5) Allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
6) Strain well.
7) Add in the wine, celery, parsley, and seasonings to taste.
SERVING
8) Serve hot with baked or broiled fish.
