Simple White Sauce Recipe
This white sauce recipe is very easy to prepare. Cooked with butter and flour in milk, the white sauce is seasoned to taste with salt and white pepper. A thick and rich sauce, the white sauce is often used for pastas or to dress simple salads.

2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk salt and pepper

Melt butter in a Pyrex jug for 30 seconds on HIGH.

Cook for 1 minute on HIGH.

Gradually stir in milk.
Cook for 3-4 minutes on HIGH, stirring every minute.
