White Port Granite Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 tray ice cubes (about 14) | ||
| 1/4 cup white port wine | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon slices | ||
Directions
Drop ice cubes, one at a time, into a food processor or blender, following manufacturer's directions.
When ice is finely ground, add wine, lemon juice, and sugar.
Process until ice is in small crystals.
Immediately spoon into stemmed glasses, garnish with lemon slices, and serve.
