GETTING READY
1 In a bowl, soak the mushrooms overnight.

MAKING
2 In a pan, boil the mushrooms until tender.
3 Cut them into medium size pieces.
4 Chop the onion finely.

6 Add in chopped onions and cook until light brown.
7 Add in the flour and stir fry lightly, do not brown.
8 Add in the milk and stir until a little thick.
