White House Croissant Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 croissant, cut in half lengthwise | ||
| 1 ounce deli style sliced turkey | ||
| 1 ounce deli style sliced boiled ham | ||
| Monterey jack cheese | 1 Ounce, thinly sliced | |
| 1/4 cup Basic White Sauce or Creamy Dijon Sauce | ||
Directions
Place croissant halves, cut-side up, on micro-proof plate.
Layer turkey, ham, and cheese on each half.
Cover with waxed paper and cook on 80, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, or until cheese melts.
Pour hot sauce over top.
