Ingredients

 1 croissant, cut in half lengthwise
 1 ounce deli style sliced turkey
 1 ounce deli style sliced boiled ham
 Monterey jack cheese1 Ounce, thinly sliced
 1/4 cup Basic White Sauce or Creamy Dijon Sauce

Directions

Place croissant halves, cut-side up, on micro-proof plate.
Layer turkey, ham, and cheese on each half.
Cover with waxed paper and cook on 80, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, or until cheese melts.
Pour hot sauce over top.
