White Fish Stir Fry Recipe
Fish is a great source of Omega-3, and that means it is good for you!
Ingredients
6-8 oz white fish: cod, tilapia etc., cut into bite size pieces
1 cup Ready Pac chopped mixed bell pepper
1 cup corn kernels, cooked/can
pinch of salt, pepper and a little red crushed pepper
Directions
Heat large skillet or wok. Add a little cookingspray to the pan.
Stir around for 4 minutes and serve with Mango Salsa, rice of choice or tortilla chips.
