White Christmas Recipe
The taste of this very White Christmas recipe has played on my senses so much that I seldom consider any other recipe of White Christmas. This White Christmas is never going to fail as a Dessert. Not trying out this White Christmas after reading about it is one of the biggest sins you could possibly imagine of committing.
Ingredients
250 g copha
1 cup full cream milk powder
3/4 cup icing sugar
100 g white marshmallows
30 g mixed peel
1/4 cup sultanas
1 cup coconut
2 cups rice bubbles
Directions
1.
Line the base of a lamington tin with non stick paper.
2.
Melt copha in a large bowl for 4-5 minutes on HIGH.
3.
Stir in milk powder and icing sugar.
4.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
5.
Press into prepared tin.
6.
Refrigerate until set.
7.
Remove from tin and cut into squares to serve.
