White Christmas Recipe
Ingredients
| Copha | 250 Gram | |
| 1 cup full cream milk powder | ||
| Icing Sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 100 g white marshmallows | ||
| Peel | 30 Gram, mixed | |
| Sultanas | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Coconut | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 cups rice bubbles | ||
Directions
1.
Line the base of a lamington tin with non stick paper.
2.
Melt copha in a large bowl for 4-5 minutes on HIGH.
3.
Stir in milk powder and icing sugar.
4.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
5.
Press into prepared tin.
6.
Refrigerate until set.
7.
Remove from tin and cut into squares to serve.
