Directions

Sieve the flour, salt and baking powder.
Cream the butter and sugar, until light and creamy.
Add the egg and mix well.
Add theflour, chocolate pieces and milk.
Mix well.
Pre heat the oven, on 'convection' at 180°C, with the lightly greased metal tray, placed on the high rack.
Pour spoons full of mixture, onto the tray, top with some chocolate and bake at-180°C for 25:00 minutes.
