Ingredients

 1 minced scallion or green onion
 3 tablesp. butter, margarine, fat or salad oil
 Dry mustard1/2 Teaspoon
 Granulated Sugar1/2 Teaspoon
 Canned tomatoes1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 c. Sauterne, Chablis, or Rhine Wine
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Dash
 1 tablesp. sweet pickle relish

Directions

Saute the minced scallion in the butter until tender.
Add mustard, sugar, tomatoes, wine, salt and pepper.
Let simmer, uncovered, 20 min., then add relish.
Heat, then serve with broiled or sauteed fish.
