 1 bottle Sauternes
 4 tablespoons medium dry sherry
 Brandy4 Tablespoon
 Pineapple juice5 Liter
 3 strips thinly pared lemon rind
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 3 dl. soda water
 Sprigs of borage and verbena

Directions

Put the wine, sherry, brandy, pineapple juice, and lemon rind and juice into a large jug.
Cover, and chill for an hour.
Shortly before serving add soda water and decorate with the herbs.
