White Wine Cup Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 bottle Sauternes | ||
| 4 tablespoons medium dry sherry | ||
| Brandy | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Pineapple juice | 5 Liter | |
| 3 strips thinly pared lemon rind | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 3 dl. soda water | ||
| Sprigs of borage and verbena | ||
Directions
Put the wine, sherry, brandy, pineapple juice, and lemon rind and juice into a large jug.
Cover, and chill for an hour.
Shortly before serving add soda water and decorate with the herbs.
