White Wine and Herb Marinade Recipe
Ingredients
| 3/4 cup/185 mL/6 fl oz white wine | ||
| 1/4 cup/60 mL/2 fl oz olive oil | ||
| Onions spring | 2 , finely chopped | |
| 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs, or 1 teaspoon dried herbs | ||
Directions
1. Place wine, oil, spring onions and herbs in a bowl and mix to combine.
2. Pour marinade over poultry or fish, cover and set aside to marinate.
