White Truffles Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 pounds Vanilla-Flavored Candy Coating | ||
| Sweetened condensed milk | 1 Can (10oz), evaporated | |
| Vanilla extract | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 pound Chocolate-Flavored Candy Coating, melted or 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa | ||
Directions
In large, heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt vanilla candy coating with sweetened condensed milk, stirring frequently until smooth.
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
Cool.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
With wooden pick, partially dip each ball into melted chocolate candy coating or roll in cocoa.
Place on wax paper-lined baking sheets until firm.
Store covered at room temperature or in refrigerator.
