White Refrigerator Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cold water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| All purpose flour | 4 Cup (64 tbs) | |
| Nuts | 4 Cup (64 tbs), chopped | |
| Powdered sugar | 1 |
Directions
Cream butter and sugar.
Add flavorings and water; then add flour and nuts.
Make into rolls: wrap in waxed paper.
Chill in refrigerator.
Slice thin and bake at 350° for about 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
While hot, roll in powdered sugar.
