Ingredients
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup white raisins (sultanas)
1/2 cup skim evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp granulated sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
9 inch Basic Pie Shell, unbaked
Directions
Place water in heavy saucepan and bring to boil.
Add chocolate chips and white raisins.
Remove from heat, cover and allow to rest 15 minutes.
Return to heat and add milk; warm slightly.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Mix together sugar replacement, cornstarch, salt and cinnamon.
Stir into chocolate mixture.
Beat eggs with electric mixer until frothy; stir into chocolate mixture.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 40 to 45 minutes or until set.
Cool.
