| 1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix | ||
| Sour cream | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Ricotta cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shredded mozzarella cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), divided | |
| 1/4 cup (1 ounce) chopped pepperoni (optional) | ||
| 1 loaf Italian bread, sliced and toasted | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In shallow l-quart casserole, combine savory herb with garlic soup mix, sour cream, ricotta cheese, 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella, mushrooms and pepperoni.
Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
Bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
