White Peach Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| Peaches | 1 1/2 Pound, chopped | |
| 1 1/2 cups half and half or milk | ||
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Almond extract | 1 drop | |
Directions
Puree peaches in processor or blender (about 2 1/3 cups puree).
Set aside 20 to 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine half and half and sugar in medium saucepan over low heat.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolves, about 1 minutes.
Fold sugar mixture into puree using rubber spatula.
Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, at least 1 hour.
