White Grape Jelly Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/3 cup white grape juice
1 tsp Slim Set jelling mix
Directions
In a saucepan, bring the juice to the boil; simmer until juice is reduced to 1 cup (250 mL).
Remove from heat and add the jelling mix.
Stir with a wire whisk to dissolve.
Return to heat and boil for a minute.
Pour in a serving dish or clean jar.
Chill.
