Ingredients

 2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and cut in 1-inch chunks
 2 cups chicken broth, canned or homemade
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), quartered
 1/4 cup chopped scallions, white and tender greens
 Plain yogurt2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Wine vinegar2 Tablespoon
 4 tablespoons or more chopped fresh dill
 Chopped tomatoes2 , garnish

Directions

Place cucumbers, 1 cup of the chicken broth, garlic, and scallions in food processor.
Process to desired consistency.
Remove to serving bowl and blend well with yogurt, vinegar, 2 tablespoons of the dill, and remaining chicken broth.
Top each serving with chopped tomatoes and a generous helping of fresh dill.
