White Fish Recipe Video
Today, we are going to make a white fish dish in French style using herb duxelles which is mixture of shallots, green onion, mushrooms and fresh herbs. Fish is heart healthy and thus this dish is a great way of keeping yourself fit. The dish is full of flavors and one can make it with any white fish of your choice. Ingredients used in this recipe are simple, so there is no need for a special shopping, it can be tried anytime in your kitchen.

Ingredients
White fish – 1 1/2 pound, thaw if frozen
Shallot – 1, finely chopped
Mushrooms - 8 ounces
Green onions – 4, chopped
Fresh Parsley – 2 tablespoon, chopped
Fresh Thyme – 1 tablespoon, chopped
Bread crumbs – ¼ cup
Canola oil - 2 tablespoon
Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Crushed Tomatoes – 1 can (14 ounce)
Directions
1. In a skillet, heat mushrooms till they are brown in color and have the moisture removed.
2. Take heated mushroom in a bowl and add green onions, fresh parsley, fresh thyme, bread crumbs, 2 tbsp canola oil and mix well.
3. Take a 14x9 pan that is oiled with canola oil.
4. Spreads crushed tomatoes to the bottom of the pan and add balsamic vinegar.
5. Place slices of fish over the crushed tomatoes.
6. Spread the herb duxelle over the fish.
7. Bake at 400 degree Fahrenheit for about 15 to 20 minutes.
