White Clam Sauce For Spaghetti Recipe
Ingredients
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| 1 medium-size yellow onion, peeled and minced | ||
| 2 tablespoons olive or other cooking oil | ||
| Minced | 2 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Basil | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Pepper white | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Take a heavy saucepan and heat oil in it
2. Stir-fry onions and garlic over a medium flame for ten minutes or until golden
3. Now, add only the clam liquid and all the remaining ingredients and let it simmer with a lid for fifteen minutes
4. Now, add the clams and simmer for another five minutes
SERVING
5. Serve with hot spagetti or Linguine
