White Clam Sauce For Pasta Recipe
Ingredients
| Clam Juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup chicken bouillon | ||
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Bay Leaf | 1 | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper white | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 8 ounces drained canned minced clams | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients except clams in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil; lower heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Add clams; heat thoroughly.
Remove bay leaf.
Divide evenly.
