White Clam Sauce Recipe

1 can (about 8 ounces) minced clams
 
2 medium cloves garlic, minced
 
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
 
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
 
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
 
1/4 cup milk
 
1 to 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
 
Cooked spaghetti

Directions

Drain clams, reserving juice.
In saucepan, cook clams, garlic, and parsley in butter a few minutes.
Stir in soup, milk, clam juice, and cheese.
Cook over low heat 10 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
