White Chocolate Fudge Brownies Recipe
Ingredients
| Semi-sweet chocolate chocolate chips | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 Large | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| All purpose flour | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 6 oz. white chocolate, cut into 1/2 inch chunks | ||
Directions
Insert metal accessory rack.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease a 9 inch square baking pan.
In food processor, place chocolate chips and sugar.
Cover.
Process until chocolate is as fine as sugar.
Add butter, eggs and vanilla and mix for 1 minute.
Blend in flour, baking powder, salt and white chocolate.
Place batter in prepared pan.
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
